After a revision by a panel of 7 experts, 30 initiatives passed to the second round of the competition and were invited to submit a 10 pages long paper with full details on the initiative. These initiatives were evaluated again and 15 initiatives were selected to be presented at the conference in Prague. Then, Jorge Luis Bacca Acosta (PhD student at the BCDS group) presented the e-Learning initiative in Prague. The presentation of the initiative together with the other 14 initiatives was evaluated by a panel of 4 experts who selected 3 finalists. Finally, the e-Learning initiative of the BCDS group entitled was awarded with the 3rd place in the competition.

This initiative was also published in a book together with the other 14 initiatives presented at the conference.
