Prof José Luis Marzo, co-director of the BCDS research group, will participate in ReCoDis, a European network seeking to develop resilient communication networks. The COST Association has just approved ReCoDis as a new COST Action. This means that for the next three years researchers in the network will collaborate in activities such as short term scientific missions, PhD schools and joint research papers. ReCodis is co-ordinated by the University of Gdansk, Poland, brings together researchers from academia and industry from several countries and aims to introduce new communication services protecting end-user applications from disaster-based failures (natural disasters, technology-related disasters or malicious attacks).
