Ferran Torrent at AAAI-15


Ferran Torrent, researcher of the eXiT research group, participated at AAAI-15, the Twenty-Ninth AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence. The event took place in Austin, USA on 25 - 30 January. He presented the paper 'A new perspective of trust through multi-attribute auctions' at a workshop devoted to incentives and trust in e-communities. The article is co-authored by Dr Beatriz López, Dr. Albert Pla and Ferran Torrent.

Ferran Torrent is a PhD student at the Institute of Informatics and Applications. He carries out research on several AI topics such as optimization methods, location-allocation problems, workflow scheduling and energy demand response methods under the smart grid paradigm.
