MICELAB hosts Soorathep Kheawhom

Soorathep Kheawhom, assistant professor in chemical engineering at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, conducted a research stay at the MICELAB research group.  Under the supervision of MICELAB's senior member Ningsu Luo, the stay started on 11 September and finished on 10 October and took place in the framework of the Erasmus Mundus TECHNO I programme. Dr Kheawhom is expert at predictive control applied to chemical processes. During his stay at the University of Girona he worked with several members of MICELAB to assess how his control methods could be applied to the application fields of the group: biomedical processes, wind turbines, and mobile robots.
