Miguel Camelo at ICDCS 2014

Miguel Camelo, researcher at the BCDS research group, took part at ICDCS 2014, the 34th International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems. The event took place in Madrid on 30 June - 3 July. Camelo gave the paper "Caylet-Graph-based Data Centres and Space Requirements of a Routing Scheme Using Automata" at the 4th International Workshop on Data Center Performance  (DCPerf 2014), which was held within ICDCS. The paper is part of Camelo's doctoral thesis, which is focused on efficient routing algorithms based on group theory and finite-state machines. He expects to defend his PhD thesis next fall.

Sponsored by IEEE, ICDCS is one of the most relevant international conferences in fields such as Big Data, Data Management, Cloud Computing, Data Centre Systems, Fault Tolerance, Green Computing and Mobile and Wireless Computing.
